What is bullying?

Bullying is any intentional, repeated hurtful act – including inflicting physical pain, name-calling, exclusion, defacing property, hurtful pranks and public humiliation.
Bullying is the act of intentionally causing harm to others through verbal harassment, physical assault, or other more subtle methods of coercion such as manipulation.

I attended a seminar about bullying at high/scope tb simatupang presented by ms. diena from sejiwa. It was a very interesting subject because it happens everyday, anywhere, anytime. It can happen at school, in the workplace, in the cyber world, or even at home!

At school, it can happen among students, among teachers, or even teachers bully students! At home, it can happen between husband and wife, parents to kids, or kids to parents. But I think the most bullying cases happen among women :P Why? Women envy each other, gossiping around a lot, and many more.
